Olly Olly Oxen Free

Man, poor Oliver, he is one of my favorite vocaloids but i barely ever draw him. 
Here is a chibi for his trouble. 
Oliver does not have too many awesome songs, and even fewer original ones, but i like him cause of his design. I think its cool how he is bandaged up, i wonder whats all that about, and his lil outfit is cute.
