Swim Suit Harley

I drew this two weeks ago, and re-did the shading 3 times. I am not good at blendy-rendery-shading, but i tried! and i will try again. later. 
Its waaaaaaay too cold, make it stop. Super cold sunny days are the worst, cause the illusion of a nice day is sadder than a bad day ...
